I was doing my job well, but apparently I wasn't worth equal pay

I was working as a financial analyst, doing my job and getting good performance reviews.

But I found out that I was allegedly being paid less than colleagues doing comparable work.

It’s frustrating knowing you can work hard, meet expectations, and still feel like you’re being treated differently because of your race.

What’s the point of working twice as hard if you’re not even getting equal treatment?

Has anyone experienced something similar?
