I reported racism at work and ended up losing my job

I went to work like everyone else, just trying to do my job and earn a living. But I kept dealing with racist treatment, and eventually I decided to speak up.

Instead of things getting better, I ended up losing my job.

It’s crazy how you can be the one experiencing discrimination, but somehow you’re the one who suffers for reporting it.

Has anyone else experienced something like this at work?
