I had decades of experience, but they rejected me because of my hearing

Imagine having decades of engineering experience, getting a job offer, and then having it taken away because you couldn’t pass a hearing test.

That’s what happened in my case.

I was qualified for the position, but instead of discussing possible accommodations, the company withdrew the offer.

Having a hearing disability doesn’t mean someone can’t do their job.
