Apple developer support

Hello my name is Xyd , i just wanted to talk about how frustrated i was about Apple develpper support, i have published my app like a now 2 months ago and i was so tired about the situation i had to call them when i called them there was a guy name DAVID claiming to be the senior advisor for app reviews and support. The MF*** told me that there was no possible escalation even tho before i got him i talked with another one who really try to help me and understand my situation but she needed to escalate the situation to upper management. Anyway just here posting about how unprofessional David was and i just wish they would fire him because he is taking the reputation of Apple down.
