Making plans with friends should not require twenty messages
A simple idea to meet for coffee can get stuck in a loop of maybe, next week, and what works for everyone. Nobody seems uninterested, but nobody is quite making a decision either. Eventually the chat goes quiet and another month passes without anyone meeting.
What gets a plan out of the group chat and into the calendar? Interested in low-effort arrangements that work around jobs, children, and uneven budgets. A regular time might help some groups and feel restrictive to others. How do you make meeting easier without the same person carrying all the organizing every time?
