A digital cleanup that takes ten minutes instead of an entire Sunday

Organising every file, inbox, and photo at once is an easy project to postpone. A smaller target might actually happen: remove a few unused apps, unsubscribe from one noisy mailing list, or sort the downloads needed this week. The aim does not have to be a perfect digital life. It can simply be less friction tomorrow morning. What is one small cleanup that made a noticeable difference? Please include what you changed and why it helped, rather than an ambitious routine that would require a completely different schedule to maintain.

Starting with the folder you use every day gives a quicker payoff than organising old archives. Make the next ordinary task a little easier.
