Break advice often assumes everyone works at a laptop

Suggestions to close the laptop and take a short break do not translate neatly to a shop floor, a kitchen, a classroom or a busy reception desk. Some jobs require cover before anyone can step away. Others have unpredictable quiet moments instead of a tidy schedule. What makes a break workable in your kind of job? We would like to hear about the practical arrangements, including staffing and having somewhere to sit, without naming individual colleagues or sharing private workplace details.
